In this Letter, I provide specific excerpts to the US Constitution and the Declaration of Independence to illustrate specifically which the Trump administration, has flagrantly and repeatedly violated. Further, the following Amendments have routinely been flouted and outright violated with regards to citizens and residents of this nation with whom Trump and the GOP feel no common cause, despite their constitutional rights and protections: Amendments I, IV, V, VI, VIII, IX, X, XIV, XV, XXIV Trump also floated ignoring Amendment XXII. History will know where those who have supported this administration stand, and it is not with the righteous or just.
