I oppose the transfer of climate funds to the general fund as it breaks public trust in raising taxes, although this tax was deceptively called a fee, for specific purposes and will result in my not voting any elected official that votes for this again. Balancing the budget has two sides. Revenue AND expenses. Work must be done to live within our means while maintaining integrity of specific purposes taxes/fees. Do better!
