Where the hell are you? You took an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States—not a man, not a party, not your own political safety. And yet, while the Trump administration blatantly defies a unanimous Supreme Court decision and continues to disappear innocent people, you remain silent. This is not America. This is not how a constitutional democracy works. When the executive branch can simply ignore the highest court in the land and face no consequence—when lives are destroyed in the process—and Congress says nothing, then we have crossed into dangerous territory. This is authoritarianism. This is contempt for the rule of law. And every day you remain silent, you are complicit in it. It is past time for you to act. I am calling on you to publicly and forcefully condemn the Trump administration’s lawless defiance, demand accountability, and take real legislative and oversight action to protect due process and prevent further abuses. History will not look kindly on cowardice. Do the job you swore to do.
