Vote against the SAVE act, and vote for married women

To: Sen. Curtis, Sen. Lee

From: A constituent in Riverton, UT

April 12

My wife and I are 4th generation citizens of the US. But if the SAVE act passes, my wife will need a passport in order to vote because she did the American thing of taking on my last name in marriage. If you actually support the family, and the atomic family at that, where my wife, the mother of my children, is now needing to backtrack on the tradition of taking on my last name to vote? You don’t actually care. Please vote against the SAVE act. It’s nonsensical, it’s offensive, and it doesn’t make our elections any more secure, they make them more exclusive.
