Donald Trump’s attack and use of military personnel in Venezuela without Congressional approval is a clear violation of Article I, Section 8 of the War Powers Act. That's illegal. That's impeachable. Congress must act and hold Trump accountable. Articles of impeachment must be brought up against Donald Trump for his war crimes.
