keep the aca funded

To: Sen. Moody, Sen. Scott

i am a voter in florida and im contacting you about the government shut down to to aca funding. i am a contract teacher here in Florida which means i dont get health insurance from my job. i rely on the aca website for my Healthcare, a silver plan that would normally cost me $300 a month only costs me $50 and it meets all my needs. My fiance just started his new job at an upscale suit shop and also does not recieve health insurance. i boasted about the aca and that i could help him find something that worked for him, but now with the shut down due to wanting to defund the aca im very hesitant. i am also scared for what that means for me with my healthcare. i can not afford an extra $300 a month. americans are struggling right now and adding to the burden for young and middle class and elderly people makes it feel like you dont care about us. if you have an alternative to the aca please present it but otherwise this is what we have and it works for me. we can not go back to private insurance. in the 2010s it was one of the biggest campaign issues and i dont think we should go back. thank you for your time.
