Regarding the confirmation of Emily Bove, words fail me. You have nothing to fear from Trump since you announced that you would not seek reelection. Your vote can only mean you think it was a good decision and that he will do a great job. I beg to differ. This was a disastrous vote with long-ranging ramifications for justice in this country. The Pledge of Allegiance should be truncated to remove "with liberty and justice for all" because you have practically guaranteed that this administratio n can ignore the law and act with impunity. Your name will go down in history as aiding and abetting the worst presidential administration in the country's history; one that effectively ended the American Experiment and one that will, before it's over, turn us into a kleptocracy no better than that of Vladimir Putin' s Russia. Congratulations. I'm sure you will go to bed tonight with a smug, albeit ignorant, sense that you are a patriotic American who is making this country great again. You would be wrong on both counts.
