Need Time Limits for Photo Fines Saw the story, where a person got the fine for a toll lane weave more two years after it happened. The fine letter was issued more than two years later. Photo speed enforcement has a time limit. But it appears technically, other photo fines don’t have a time limit. How is someone supposed to clearly remember an instance from 3 months ago, let alone more than two years ago? Please add reasonable limits to other photo enforcement fines and fees.
