Say no to nepotism!

The presidency is not a family business and it is not a private revenue stream. Yet Donald Trump has repeatedly treated it as both. While in office, he continues to profit from properties, licensing deals, and political patronage tied directly to the power of the presidency. Foreign governments, lobbyists, and political allies are funneled through Trump-owned businesses, creating glaring conflicts of interest that violate both the spirit and the intent of the Constitution’s Emoluments Clauses. At the same time, his children have been handed extraordinary access and influence without accountability or qualification. Nepotism on this scale corrodes public trust and undermines the basic principle that government positions should serve the American people—not enrich or empower a single family. Congress has a constitutional duty to provide oversight of the executive branch. That duty includes enforcing anti-corruption norms that protect our democracy from self-dealing and dynastic power. Demand full financial transparency. Investigate the flow of money into Trump businesses tied to official acts. Enforce strict conflict-of-interest standards and bar family profiteering from public office. The presidency must never be allowed to become a tool for personal enrichment. If Congress refuses to confront this corruption, it becomes complicit in it.
