Elon Musk’s companies or paid $8 million a day by the US government, for a total of $3 billion a year. Because he is the majority shareholder in all of his companies he is personally making a lot of money from the US government. It is a problem when someone who's lack of respect for our Constitution and the institution of democracy is making so much money off of our governmentand hold so much power over our elections. Like with Donald Trump, everything Elon Musk does seems to be self-serving. He is not getting government contracts because he loves our country and wants to support our government, but to enrich himself. It is time to investigate how Musk has used and manipulated the his access to Trump and our government to enrich himself. It is time to get big money and big corporations our of our government! They will only ever have loyalties to their own ideologies and financial interests. This makes our country unsafe and threatens the democratic principles that our country's Constitution was based on. Our government is no longer working for the average person in the USA, but is shackled to special interests and billionaires. This is largely the fault of the disasterois Citizens United ruling of 2010. We must take back the power of "We the people" and get billionaire and big money out of our government!
