What oversight of ICE facilities is happening in our state? Are families locked up in cages without access to food and water? Are longtime residents and taxpayers freezing in warehouses? What about pregnant people and those with health conditions? If you cannot guarantee that facilities in our midst are safe and humane, our state has a moral and ethical duty to shut them down.
