Maxwell files - please don't insult me again - just answer the question
To: Rep. Graves
From: A constituent in Plattsburg, MO
August 13
On 7 August 2025, I wrote to you asking about release of the CASE FILES in the Maxwell/Epstein CASE. I ask if “you support the release of the Epstein files once victim information is redacted? Will you sign the discharge petition to bring the matter to the House floor for a vote?”
On 11 August 2025, I received (in part) the following response “This matter is currently in the Rules Committee, which I do not serve on, and has yet to come before the House for a vote.
The crimes committed by Mr. Epstein and his associates are deeply upsetting, and what the people affected went through is unimaginable. Please know I’ll keep your views in mind should any legislation related to this issue come before the House for a vote.”
I want to know if you SUPPORT THE RELEASE (with or without a discharge petition) ~~~ I’m smart enough to know you do not serve on the Rules Committee and that no legislation has come to the House Floor. That’s NOT an answer – I asked if you SUPPORTED THE RELEASE.
That’s a YES OR NO answer --- try again. Don’t insult me with wishy washy letters that say nothing. This action is still yours to show me the proper respect of a real answer.
