It is past time for Congress to face the reality that the President is unwell and unfit. It is time to do your constitutional duty, your responsibility to our country. It is time to invoke the 25th amendment. President Trump’s recent behavior at the NATO summit is a deeply troubling sign that he does not have the cognitive ability to perform his duties. The office of the president carries far too much power for someone so clearly cognitively impaired.
