Do Not Allow an ICE Camp in Indiana

As a lifelong Hoosier, I do not support the plan to open an ICE detention center in our state. The way the government is treating and housing immigrants— legal or “illegal” is inhumane and cruel at best. We should not be supporting the kidnapping of innocent folks off the streets, at their jobs, their homes, their green card hearings, anywhere. If you choose to support this, you are no better than the Germans who kidnapped people and threw them into camps during Nazi Germany. It is acts like this that truly make me ashamed to be a Hoosier and an American citizen because as our leaders you are all choosing to support the most heinous acts when you should be representing us. This does not represent me as your constituent. DO NOT allow a concentration camp to be set up in our state.
