No war with Venezuela

I understand that a few Senate Democrats, along with Sen. Rand Paul, just filed a war powers resolution to prevent Trump and the DOD from engaging in hostilities with Venezuela without congressional approval. I expect the Senator to sign on. America does NOT want war with Venezuela. Especially not when we know Trump just wants their oil. We’ve been down this road before. The costs are too high.
