I am writing to urge you to filibuster any legislation that provides funding for ICE. The agency’s current practices raise serious concerns about civil liberties, due process, and human rights, and Congress should not continue to fund these harms. At a minimum, any funding must be halted until there is meaningful accountability, transparency, and reform. I am asking you to use every procedural tool available—including the filibuster—to stop additional ICE funding from advancing. Please stand up for constitutional protections and human dignity.
