Failure to act by Sec of Defense

To: Rep. Harrigan, Sen. Budd, Sen. Tillis

From: A constituent in Hickory, NC

October 21

The EU has purchased missiles needed by Ukraine. Sec. Peter Hegseth refuses to sign off so they can be delivered. My Questions: Why is this happening? Is this at the presidents behest? Why is he stalling when lives are in peril? Do you support holding this up? Please answer the questions I asked. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
