Sponsor and vote for EFTAII --Epstein Files into EPSTEIN TRIALS
To: Justices Court
From: A constituent in Baltimore, MD
August 7
On July 20, 2026, a bipartisan group of representatives and senators introduced The Epstein Files Transparency Act II (EFTA II), H.B. 9694 and S. 5005, legislation that would grant state officials access to the unredacted Epstein files to prosecute relevant crimes and allow states and individuals to sue the Department of Justice for illegally withholding or destroying Epstein-related materials.
Even after the EFTA became law, the DOJ provided only excuses and incomplete information. And no action…. This new EFTA II requires that DOJ make the files available to the Attorneys General of all 50 states, and local prosecutors, as well as the survivors, upon request.
As my representative in Congress, this is your chance to turn the Epstein files into the EPSTEIN TRIALS!
• With the files made available in a secure facility, the most important evidence, (videos that Epstein made of crimes actually occurring) can be reviewed safely and without tampering; facial recognition can identify the perpetrators, with time stamps used to also identify the age of the victim, critical to establishing whether the expanded statutes of limitations for child sexual assault can be applied.
• No more excuses from the DOJ that this critical evidence cannot be accessed. It is rare that criminals videotape themselves committing crimes and even rarer that videotapes are legally available to prosecutors for use in court.
• This incredibly damning evidence of crime needs to be given to the prosecutors who will actually prosecute: State AGs and local DAs and survivors’ attorneys.
• These bills also give Epstein survivors the right to review the portion of the file that relates to them.
Two actions to take today:
1 – Become a co-sponsor of this bipartisan bill.
2 – Vote to consider and then pass this legislation!
Show that all Americans want justice for Epstein survivors and we want it now!
