All Ohioans deserve to access the facilities they need without discrimination. Senate Bill 104 threatens the wellbeing and privacy of transgender, gender non-conforming, and intersex students by barring them from restrooms and accommodations aligned with their gender identity. This would create an unsafe environment by exposing these vulnerable youth to potential bullying, harassment, and violence. Students of all gender identities should be able to fully participate in school and campus life as their authentic selves. Veto SB 104 to protect the rights and safety of TGNCI students across Ohio's educational institutions.
