I am beyond appalled that the American people are being fleeced so blatantly by this president and his chosen people, with the support of the Republican controlled Congress. The very idea that a sitting president would actually sue the very government (IRS) that he is suppose to be leading is unconscionable. What is worse is the current US Attorney General has signed off on an agreement that WE (the American people) would pay him (President Donald Trump) some 1.776 billion dollars in a special fund. (We have not overlooked the fact that the amount mimics the 1776 cry of the J6ers.) Trump has made it clear that he will give this money to those involved in the January 6th insurrection who attempt to subvert a free and fair election at our US Capital! In addition, he has gotten an agreement to have all present and future tax audits and investigations concerning himself, his family, his associates, and his businesses to be stopped and never looked at again. This is an outrageous slap in the face to every American citizen. We are effectively being told with one signed document that any president can hold himself, his family, and all of his friends, associates, and political allies above the law while average America citizens are account to the law. There is absolutely zero justice in this and it can not stand. You and the Republican controlled Congress have allowed this type of corruption. You have allowed him to break laws and trample norms, and by refusing to condemn Trump's actions or use the power of your legislative branch to be a check on the balance of power, you have told Trump he can get away with anything. It is time for the Republican controlled Congress to lay down the literal law and stop Trump before he pillage anymore of our public wealth or destroyes the rule of law further.
