Remove the prohibition of hemp from the bill to reopen the government and, instead, find a way to regulate hemp, THC, and cannabinoids at the national level. Produce a clean CR that does not kill most or all of the hemp industry. Listen to citizens and small businesses who are tired of their representatives supporting massive groups such as the alcohol lobbyists instead of listening to farmers and the concerns of the public.
