Why Has There Been No Action Against Elon Musk’s Expanding Control?

I am deeply concerned about Elon Musk’s increasing control over critical infrastructure, and I am alarmed by reports that he is now attempting to integrate Starlink into air traffic control systems. This is not only a massive national security risk but also a direct threat to public safety. Yet, despite his repeated overreach into vital government functions, there seems to be no meaningful action from elected officials to stop him.
Why has Musk, an unelected billionaire, been allowed to gain such influence over public infrastructure? He has already demonstrated a reckless disregard for oversight—whether through manipulating communications in war zones, exerting unchecked influence over space operations, or even gaining access to Social Security data. The fact that he has been given any level of access to Social Security systems should have been a wake-up call, yet no substantial measures have been taken to hold him accountable.
Now, he is positioning Starlink as a key player in air traffic control, a function that requires absolute trust, stability, and transparency. Allowing a private company—especially one controlled by a man with a history of undermining regulatory authorities—to dictate the safety of our skies is unacceptable. Who will be accountable when a system failure occurs? How can the public trust that air travel will remain independent from Musk’s personal or political interests?
I demand to know what steps are being taken to investigate and halt this dangerous expansion of power. The American people deserve transparency, accountability, and, above all, protection from private entities attempting to take control of essential government functions. Please explain why there has been no action thus far and what you intend to do now to safeguard public infrastructure from corporate overreach.
I expect a response on this urgent matter and look forward to seeing real action taken to prevent this monopolization of critical safety systems.
