Would you, as a Democratic Govenor, reach out to Andy Beshear, the Democratic Governor of Kentucky, and encourage him to go ahead and schedule a Special Election to fill Senator Mitch McConnell's seat? It has been more than a month since Senator McConnell was seen being loaded into an ambulance at his residence. I think it's past time to stop the political machinations of the GOP. If it were a Democratic Senator, Trump might have already dispatched the National Guard. Pure speculation, of course, but some action needs to be taken. We are in the realm of the absurd.
