U.S. 7th grade curriculum includes an entire unit on climate change. As part of this, some districts include a documentary from 2016, “Before the Flood,” with Leonardo DiCaprio. It is this constituent’s opinion that all members of Congress should be required to watch this documentary and then consult with REAL scientists- not sham scientists hired by the Koch Brothers to miseducate our leaders- and work with them to preserve what little air and water quality we have left, and to eventually reverse same. The United States pulled out of the Paris Agreement. The United States is the SECOND WORST contributor to pollution in the world. This president doesn’t care about the environment. He cares about snubbing his nose at common sense democrats. I do not think it would be unreasonable to assume that if democrats announced they’d like to drill all the oil in the world, Trump would switch to clean energy just to spite them. We cannot allow this man and his greedy cronies to continue to rape the planet in order to cash in on her resources, knowing fully well that future generations will perish because of it. Demand common sense environmental attention now!
