Intervene for women reporters

To: Sen. Tillis, Rep. Harrigan, Sen. Budd

From: A constituent in Hickory, NC

December 9

I realize that it's hard to rein in the man you thought was suited for president. But as my representatives, I am asking you to. It is crazy that we have a misogynistic and racist president. But we now must play the hand we've been given. He calls women reporters names that we would punish children for. These reporters are human, women, and constituents. Can the senators and congress members draft a letter asking the president to act appropriately, not with just women but with everyone. We all need to be treated with respect. I am appalled with his deportment in general, but this attack on women and the free press must be addressed. I will be more mindful of my treatment of folks too. I want God to be proud of me. And my country as well. Please respond.
