Gov. Wes Moore's second supplemental budget sets aside $36 million to help close the DDA's budget shortfall, as well as $2.6 million to support DDA's financial management. Also included in the governor's second supplemental budget is $5.5 million for Department of Juvenile Services facilities and $2.5 million for the Maryland Department of Budget and Management's Audit and Finance Compliance Unit. The supplemental budget submission also includes $5 million for the Board of Public Works Contingent Fund to manage emergencies and $316,000 for oyster advertising.
