As a proud Coloradan committed to a strong democracy, I urge you to VETO SB-210, the Ranked-Choice Voting poison-pill bill. Coloradans desire more choices on election day and assurance that the winner has majority support. If voters adopt Ranked-Choice Voting this fall, its implementation should not be delayed. To paraphrase Martin Luther King Jr., reform delayed is reform denied. We should not face legislative barriers to achieving a fairer system of electing our representatives.
