These tarrifs are an active danger to American small businesses and I’m afraid for my fellow Americans’ livelihoods. I am very happy that you have taken charge of the transparency factor for tarrifs, and I believe it shall be greatly beneficial for our future to have this law. When the negotiations settle, Americans should know what taxes they are paying. I’m not understanding at all why Republicans who have extensively studied economics and whom we trust to bring down inflation are not taking more actions like yours, and making an effort to asset Congress’s authority over the topic. I hope they join you in this effort!
