An Open Letter
To: Rep. Ciscomani
From: A constituent in Tucson, AZ
July 3
Shame on you! Your constituents are not going to forget how you voted on this budget bill. When children and elderly are dying because they do not have Medicaid benefits. When Public schools are floundering because you voted to open up the voucher program federally.
One single parent families are starving. When they are struggling to keep food on the table and a roof over their children’s heads. We will remember that you voted this way. We will make sure that every Arizonan knows and understands that you were for this. When my father dies because he can’t have medical coverage, when his care is denied, and that cost him his life. You will know, and I will shout it from the rooftops. This is your fault. Shame on you. You had a chance to do the right thing by your constituents you chose to decide with billionaires and the wealthy. If you think that your seat is safe, you are wrong.
