Regarding the recent supplemental payments authorized under AB398. It its extremely disheartening to be just one of the hundreds if not thousands of teachers excluded by the latest round of supplemental payments. Science, History, PE, Music and Arts, Classroom Strategists, librarians, and others sit wondering why their work is not seen as valuable or as important as the select few teachers that got their pay. A Governor that claims to value teachers and education but refuses to acknowledge the work that ALL teachers do will simply not win the support or votes of this teacher, or majority others.
