Vote NO on DHS appropriations bill

To: Sen. Tillis, Sen. Budd

From: A verified voter in Winston Salem, NC

January 26

I’m a NC resident writing because this week, the Senate is set to vote on the recent DHS appropriations bill that just passed the House. I am BEGGING the senator to vote NO on this bill in light of ICE's unconstitutional actions. ICE is running rampant and unchecked, and there are better solutions to immigration issues than the way things are being handled. We are not a country where the government perpetrates violence in the streets against its citizens. Don’t let us become this on your watch. Thank you.
