We are counting on you to protect California’s clean energy future and oppose SB 540 Pathways. We are depending on you to stop this terrible bill that will destroy not only our climate goals, but risk our finances for another Enron.” SB 540 will tie the hands of future governors and future state legislators to make wise climate decisions for our state. Do not lock us into this bad deal we cannot get out of.
