I implore you push the release of Vilma Palacios. Vilma graduated nursing school this past May and was ready to start her career as a new nurse serving the people of Louisiana. She was kidnapped by ICE 6 months ago while trying to renew her brake tag. Vilma was not a criminal and was working towards a visa. She was ready and willing to serve her community and now she's been in prison for over 6 months. Please do the right thing, press for the release of this young woman. She does not deserve to be prison. You took an oath to serve all Louisianans, make good on that oath and allow Vilma Palacios to return to her family.
