You need to ensure that all cuts to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Ptogram are REMOVED from the so called Big Beautiful Bill. Experts in food access who work with charities and food banks have flagged these cuts as devastating. They will leave people hungry. Many Louisisna residents and food banks rely on SNAP. The reconciliation bill will leave Louisiana residents hungry. The cuts to SNAP will upend our current efforts to ensure food reaches needy children and elders. No one in America should go hungry. Ever. The cuts to SNAP are cruel and they will hurt your constituents. You must ensure there are NO reductions in SNAP for Louisiana residents. You owe it to your constituents to fight for us. You work for us. Do not cut crucial government access to SNAP. If you vote for this bill, and leave the cuts to SNAP in Place, my fellow citizens and I will donate advocate and do everything I can to ensure you will be voted out of office! Stop trying to hurt your own constituents. So many people who work in the service industry rely on SNAP. We need SNAP expansions in Lousiana not cuts. Thank you for your consideration.
