I am writing in opposition to Indiana Senate Bill 250. We need smart regulations on the CBD and THC/Hemp industry, not an all-out ban. These products are less addictive and safer than alcohol, which is a poison on the population. It is in the public’s health interests to regulate this industry, but closed-minded to ban it entirely. Please do not pass/sign this bill as currently written.
