States-Remove RFK Jr. and Hold Him Accountable for Concealing a Public Health Threat
States need to remove RFK Jr. from his position immediately and pursue criminal accountability for his deliberate concealment of a highly contagious and dangerous disease from the American public. This is not a policy disagreement — this is a public safety emergency, and the person charged with protecting public health actively worked against it.
Hiding an outbreak is not a mistake or an oversight. It is a choice that puts lives at risk. The American public deserved to know, and RFK Jr. made sure they didn't. That is not leadership — that is a betrayal of the most basic duty of the office. Attempted manslaughter charges should be on the table, because when you knowingly allow a dangerous disease to spread by suppressing information, people get hurt and people die.
This cannot wait. Every day he remains in that role is another day public health infrastructure is run by someone who has proven he will prioritize his own agenda over the safety of the people he is supposed to serve. Remove him now.
