I’m calling on you to demand that the H.R. 3633, the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, be rejected by the House if the Senate fails to include an appropriate ethical provision that prevents federal workers and staff in all branches of the government (including Congressional Members, Cabinet Members and the President and Vice President of the United States) from profiting off of cryptocurrency trading while in office. If the Senate pushes it back, the House should add their own ethical provision to the bill to send back to the Senate for action. Insider trading is illegal and cryptocurrency must be regulated with these ethical considerations included. If there is no ethics provision, then vote no on the H.R. 3633.
