Please stand up to the executive branch and President Trump as they have no authority to proceed regarding dissolving  USAID or the Department of Education. Congress holds all of this power and the executive branch has no business doing these things without sponsoring a bill and sending it through legislation.  The executive branch cannot fire FBI staff or offer to buyout the jobs at federal agencies, and certainly not the CIA. You must act quickly and with a unified voice. Thank you for serving.
