It has come to my attention that detainees at Delaney Hall Unit 4 do not have working air conditioning amidst this life threatening heat wave. This is an abomination and could result in countless preventable deaths. I demand that Delaney Hall be CLOSED permanently. In the interim, I demand safe air conditioned/cooled spaces for the human beings living in this hell. You must act now before it’s too late.
