Speak up! Somehow the President has found $10 Billion for his slush fund he's calling Board of Peace, but you and the House cannot find money to help with our healthcare costs? Help me understand how you let this happen. Explain how Congress can just sit on its hands while the president quite literally steals $10 Billion from the US. Isn't your job appropriations?
