Oppose Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer for congressional leadership in the next Congress. The midterms sent a clear message: the American people want change, and that starts at the top. Jeffries and Schumer have had their chances and chosen complacency over action. Time and again, they have stood at podiums telling people what should be done while doing nothing themselves. The government shutdown proved it. Every opportunity since has confirmed it. That is not the leadership this country needs. I want representatives who will challenge directives, fight corruption, and actually listen when constituents speak. Checks and balances apply to Congress too. It is time to move forward with leaders who can do exactly that.
