I saw you on TV today on the interview about the border and ICE. I'm sorry to say but you're not the man for the job of senator. You missed the opportunity to say Number one: Republicans blocked the border bill under Biden so that they could say that the border was out of control. You could have reiterated that the Democrats and Republicans worked together to put together a package that would strengthen the border but then the Republicans refused to pass it! To satisfy Trump's need to hammer the border. Then you should have made clear the distinction between people coming over the border and people that live in the United States that are going peacefully about their business but are being picked up for the crime of being brown! In other words I think you were too quiet and too moderated to get the point across; to get any point across! So I'm sad to say that you're not a leader. You probably know that. We need Democrats that will fight, that will get out and get angry. That will yell and posture. Yes, we need the anger with real policies with real consequences. Democrats have to start saying what you're going to do! Instead you're sitting quietly waiting for Republicans to destroy the country, thinking that you will just quietly come in and pick up the pieces. Why should people vote for Democrats if you won't give us solid hopeful policies! Like health care. And Fixing Social Security so it won't run out of money in 3 years! We need the fighters that will fight for a better America instead of letting Republicans walk all over you.
