Congress must take back its power.

The Supreme Court declaring Congress irrelevant (as they did yesterday in Mullin v. Al Otro Lado and Mullin v. Doe is a five-alarm constitutional emergency. You must act to overrule the Court. Congress can restore judicial review, can rewrite these statutes in language even Sam Alito can’t twist, and can expand and rebalance the Court itself. We need: a judicial code of ethics for SCOTUS so they have to follow the same laws all other federal judges must; impeachment hearings for Thomas, Alito, Kavanaugh, and Roberts; 18-year term limits; and a rapid expansion of the Court to at least 13 members to bring it into line with previous, historic ratios to other senior courts.
