Vote NO on H.4760 This is government overreach into private medical decision-making—plain and simple. And while this bill targets abortion-related care, its reach extends far beyond abortion, putting politicians between patients and their doctors. Doctors across the state have repeatedly warned lawmakers that this bill would delay care for miscarriages, interfere with IUD placements, and obstruct standard treatment plans used every day in hospitals and clinics. In emergency situations, those delays can be life-threatening. Vote NO.
