Defend national parks, safeguard public lands from privatization

To: Sen. Budd, Sen. Tillis, Rep. Edwards

From: A constituent in Weaverville, NC

June 21

I urge you to oppose any attempts to sell off public lands managed by the National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, and National Forest Service, such as the proposed private sale of land within Grand Teton National Park. Public lands belong to all Americans and must be protected for future generations to enjoy. Privatizing these precious natural areas would restrict access and undermine their conservation. There is significant public opposition to these proposed land sales, which raise alarm bells about compromising our public lands for private interests. We must safeguard and defend these irreplaceable public lands from exploitation and encroachment. I implore you to take a firm stance against selling off national park, BLM, and national forest lands and work to uphold their protection for the benefit of all.
