The ongoing violence in Gaza is causing immense suffering and loss of life, especially among civilians. I urge you to cosponsor and support S.J.Res.114 introduced by Senator Bernie Sanders, calling for an immediate cease-fire to prevent further civilian casualties. This resolution rightly emphasizes the need for the U.S. to promote human rights and dignity for Palestinians and Israelis alike. Continuing military operations will only breed more hatred and resentment, perpetuating a cycle of violence that has gone on for far too long. True peace and security can only be achieved through diplomacy, respect for human rights, and addressing the root causes of the conflict. Please stand up for human rights and back this call for an urgent cease-fire to end the bloodshed in Gaza.
