Pressured state officials to ignore true vote counts 3. Wantonly spread lies and conspiracies to his followers to inflame them into the Jan 6th Insurrection and hoped they would murder then VP Mike Pence to prevent him from certifying the election results 4. Requested the DOJ to stop the certification of the electoral count 5. Pressured his then VP to ignore his sworn duty to uphold the certification process 6. Actively impeded preventative measures when Capitol police were under attack Why does Judge Eileen Cannon think she has the authority to block and prevent the release of a Congressional Special Counsel Report by Jack Smith? Utilize all legal channels to restore the powers of Congress to release full reports of Smith’s findings. He continues to actively threaten and erode the guardrails to of a healthy democracy by stacking SCOTUS with life time appointments of those who do not represent the majority of our voters, continues to attempt the passage of the SAVE act which would remove women’s suffrage, hiring his own personal attorney to corrupt the DOJ to oppress political opponents all while he flaunts the STOCK Act of 2012 by trading over 3642 stocks during his second presidency.
