A President gone Rogue against a Vulnerable Nation
To: Sen. Van Hollen, Rep. Ivey, Sen. Alsobrooks
From: A constituent in Clinton, MD
April 11
President Trump gone rogue as he breaks every law, every constitutional responsibility and every norm, as he post on Truth Social advising his followers to buy stock immediately. This appears to be another egregious case of leveraging the presidency for personal financial gain. Using a public platform to signal stock buying before announcing market-moving policies is highly unethical and likely illegal. Even worse is the explicit self-dealing by touting his own company's stock before taking actions that directly benefited it. This strikes at the core of prohibitions against insider trading and violating the public trust for private enrichment. A thorough congressional investigation is absolutely warranted to examine if laws were broken. If evidence reveals the president intentionally manipulated markets and abused his power for his own company's profits, and his billionaire buddies, that would constitute another impeachable offense as a violation of his oath of office. Unchecked, this sets dangerous precedent undermining faith in fair marketers! and threatens the economic security of all Americans who lack access to such insider insights. Congress must uphold its constitutional obligations as a co-equal branch of government to rein in these corrosive abuses and protect the integrity of the presidency. Democracy is at stake. This man is flexing his power as a street thug daring anyone to go against him including his puppets in Congress. You are not as powerless as you act. This thug has bullied you and the American people into a corner but together we will and can beat this thug. Trump is an old man in need of attention as playing the game "who's the king of the mountain" daring the democrats and his complicit gang in Congress to knock him off. It's time to get your best attorneys to take every case to the Supreme Court and force them to say to the American people what trump's wife said on her jacket " I don't care do you?" It's time someone cares. It's time to unite the American people to come together in DC on the Hill, at the Supreme Court and at the White House demanding justice and accountability from all of them. Now is the time for all good Americans to come to the aid of our country. That time is now. Democrats, the way the maga's play cards, we may never hold power again. They deal from under the deck and don't give a crap about who they hurt. We see it, why can't you? Do something!!! * * *
