I am writing to urgently oppose the war with Iran. This conflict is not only illegal and immoral—it is a financially catastrophic distraction designed to shift public attention away from the Epstein files and other unresolved government scandals.
According to multiple reports, including Pentagon briefings and analyses from the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), this war is costing taxpayers approximately $891 million to $1 billion per day. In just the first week alone, over $11 billion has already been spent. That’s enough to fund healthcare, housing, education, and clean energy for millions of Americans—yet it’s being burned on bombs, bullets, and geopolitical theater.
This war serves oil interests, defense contractors, and political elites—not the American people. Many suspect it was launched specifically to divert attention from the long-overdue release of the Epstein files, which could expose powerful figures and shake the foundations of our political system. Instead of transparency, we’re being given tragedy. Instead of justice, we’re being sold war.
The American public does not want this. We demand accountability, not escalation. We want truth, not distraction. We want leaders who prioritize peace, not profit.
Please stand with the people and vote against any further funding or escalation of this illegal war.
