Walmart has publicly blamed Trump and the tariffs for causing higher prices. When the biggest retailer in America says the trade war is wrecking the economy, it isn’t partisan, it’s math. Stop the Presidential overreach into enacting tariffs that are doing nothing more than weakening us in the global economy, making us look ridiculous to our trading partners, and raising prices for everyday Americans. The Constitution specifically gives the power to enact tariffs to the legislative branch. If you truly think these tariffs are good for your constituents, pass legislation enacting them. If not, tell the President to stay in his lane and follow the Constitution instead of declaring national emergencies so he can use "emergency powers".
